Public Image is a UK based company with an office in Nairobi and later this year, branches in Rwanda, Angola, Nigeria and Indonesia. We work to the highest international standards and have developed training programmes that have proved extremely successful using a blend of role play, drama and leading edge methodology.

Apart from our work with politicians, individuals, in schools and with large corporations, we have also trained the entire staff of the 5 Star Tribe Hotel in Nairobi which has attained Number One status for customer service.

Founded in the mid-eighties by former television presenter and writer Diana Mather, Public Image was one of the first organisations in the field of image building to achieve formal approval by the House of Commons in the UK for advising members on a whole range of topics relating to their public performance.  

Public Image has a unique approach to training because it combines International Etiquette with Corporate training programmes giving participants poise, confidence and sophistication as well as networking and professional skills.
